How do I remove something from my basket?
At the top of every screen there is a 'Your Basket' tab. Click the tab to show the contents of your basket. To remove something, click on the DELETE button in the ACTION column.
Can I order by phone?
We are happy to take your order over the phone. Just make a note of the item code and colour you wish to order and give us a call on 020 8402 8537 where one of our team will be happy to help you.
What credit cards do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo, JCB and American Express. Your card will be authorised quickly and you will be given confirmation of a successful payment. if you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
How can I be sure my details are safe and secure?
All credit card transactions are processed by Sagepay who are one of the leading online transaction processors in the UK for safety and reliability. Sagepay processes your payment securely and we receive your order requirements. We never see your credit card details.

What are the P&P charges?
Postage and packing is charged at the following rates for deliveries within the UK. Orders from outside the UK will be subject to overseas rates.
UK Express - £6.95 (Dispatched within 24 hours)
UK 1st Class-£1.95 (Despatched same day on orders before 2pm Royal Mail 1st class)
UK Standard - Free (Within 2-5 working days)
When will I receive my order?
We aim to get orders out in 2-5 working days depending on stock levels and demand. UK Express orders are despatched within 24 hours of the first business day received. If you are ordering something for a present and want to be sure you will get it in time, please give us a call first on 020 8402 8537. If something has sold out we remove it temporarily from the website. If a longer delivery time is anticipated we will place a notice against the item. Multiple orders to the same shipping address will be treated as one order and sent together.
What if I want to send something back?
All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. We operate just like any mail order company, so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason and you are completely sure nothing else from our site would be suitable, we will give you a full refund directly onto your credit card once the item(s) have been returned.
