Why should I register? Registering is necessary to make a purchase. It is free, easy to do and will only take a minute of your time. Once you have registered you will save time when placing future orders. Simply log in with your username and password and you are ready to shop. How do I order?First you need to register on our website. Click on the 'new customer' or 'my account' link on our homepage. It will only take a minute to register and then you are ready to shop.Click on 'View Jean Jems' on the homepage and you will go through to the first page of Jean Jems. Click on a product image to see more information about it. On the product page you will see more images of the product together with a more detailed description, size, colour options etc. Colours on your computer monitor cannot be a 100% exact representation but should give you a good idea of what you'll be getting. Placing your mouse pointer over a small image will cause a larger version of that image to be shown. Once you are happy with your choice click on 'Add to Basket' at the top of the page. You should now see your selection in the shopping basket and can use any of the navigation links on the left to continue shopping. If you are ready to buy, click the 'Checkout' tab at the top of the screen and you will then be prompted to enter payment and address details. Forgotton password? Just click on the words " Forgotten password" on the homepage and a link will help you.
How do I remove something from my basket?At the top of every screen there is a 'Your Basket' tab. Click the tab to show the contents of your basket. To remove something, click on the DELETE button in the ACTION column.
Can I order by phone?We are happy to take your order over the phone. Just make a note of the item code and colour you wish to order and give us a call on 020 8402 8537 where one of our team will be happy to help you. What credit cards do you take?We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo, JCB and American Express. Your card will be authorised quickly and you will be given confirmation of a successful payment. if you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

When will I receive my order? We

If something has sold out we remove it temporarily from the website. If
a longer delivery time is anticipated we will place a notice against
